Who we're looking for
- Certified coaches (USAG, FIG, KNGU, or equivalent)
- Experience with recreational, competitive, or elite athletes
- Strong communicators — English required, Dutch a plus
- Commitment to athlete safety and character development
- Interest in shaping a brand-new academy from day one
